This was my first time parking in the "new mothers or mother-to-be" spot! I've looked for them ALL over the place, but since being preggers haven't found any until today. This was at Old Navy in Rivergate (hence the tagging and rust on the sign). But hey.. at least I was finally able to park in one. I puffed out my belly so that people wouldn't just think I parked there 'illegally'. Night and day difference from buying beer the other day. Suck in, puff out. Depends on where I am I guess. This would have made my day if they actually would have had preggo clothes inside. BUT this is Rivergate.. I realize I need to keep my expectations to a minimum and my hand on the pepper spray. I searched the store and they didn't have ONE maternity item. Either that.. or my full bladder kept me from looking very hard. Could have been either. I was actually looking for clearance items for fall since I've heard from friends that Old Navy has cute cheap maternity clothes. No luck. I'll have to try again in Cool Springs.
I ordered my first set of cloth diapers! They are GroBaby's and I bought a set of 3 for 50% off. Apparently, they just renamed their diapers GroVia and made a few improvements so that's why the older ones were on clearance. My plan is to buy a few different brands/styles and try them out this winter on baby Steffen before buying a whole system. But that could change. I seem to change my mind a lot these days.
Week 16 will be wrapping up in a few days! Hopefully I'll be able to post a new belly pic by the weekend!

Oh CONGRATS to you and Lee! How wonderful that you're having a baby 3 days away from my birthday! :) But seriously that is so exciting, and as I'm in the middle of week 36 now, I completely know how you're feeling along the way :) Pregnancy is wonderful - enjoy every second!
Maternity parking routinely made my day and I can tell you where several are. Also... I don't think most Old Navy's actually have their maternity clothes in their stores. though you can return them there if you need to.
Have fun changing your mind a lot over the next few months! Whenever I felt like changing my mind but had no pending decisions, I just changed my mood instead. :) Haha poor Jared!
